We are reopening our doors from the 2nd of June after our closure from the 26th March.

This is exciting news and we are so happy to be able to welcome everyone back.

Australians have been very conscientious with helping combat the Covid-19 crisis. This has enabled business’s like ours to be able to trade again in possibly a shorter time frame than was anticipated.

However, we don’t want to undo all the good work that has been achieved over the past couple of months.

Therefore we have put into place many new protocols to ensure our commitment to providing a safe and healthy work environment for all employees, clients, and visitors.

We do ask your patience in this early stage of reopening as we navigate through some of the difficulties associated with maintaining adequate safety measures.

We may need to call you to say we are running behind or inform you at arrival that there may be a delay.

Your treatments may take a little longer to perform, but we will do our best to get you out on time as we have done in the past before covid-19.

If our designated waiting positions are all occupied as we will not have many available at any one given time, we may need to ask you to wait outside and call you when one becomes available or if your therapist is ready for you.

We may even have to call you if you made your appointment online and suggest another time or even day as certain treatments may incur additional precautions.

Most importantly, if you are showing any signs of illness we ask that you call us to postpone your appointment until you are well and two weeks have passed.

We will do our best to minimise any inconvenience caused and hope you will understand if changes do need to be made.

Generally a smile fixes everything!
